Application of chapter to licensed insurers--Application of chapter 58-5A

This chapter applies to licensed insurers, either domiciled in this state or domiciled in a state that is not an accredited state. All provisions of chapter 58-5A , to the extent they are not superseded by this chapter, apply to all parties within holding company systems. Source: SL 1992, ch 358 , § 2.
