Disapproval of articles by attorney general--Statement of reasons--Returned to incorporators

If the attorney general does not approve such articles, he shall return the same to the director with a written statement of his reasons for disapproval. The director shall return all sets of the articles with such written statement to the incorporators. Source: SL 1966, ch 111 , ch 16, § 7 (3).
