Advertising through publications and broadcasts originating outside reciprocating state not prohibited

Section 58-5-100 shall not prohibit advertising through publication and radio, television, and other broadcasts originating outside such reciprocating state, provided such advertising is not specifically directed to residents of such reciprocating state. Source: SL 1966, ch 111 , ch 16, § 28 (2).
