Governing board--Rules and regulations

The officers and directors of the corporation that forms and organizes the townsite are the governing body of a historical or educational townsite. The rules and regulations of the townsite must be provided in the articles of incorporation and the bylaws of the corporation. Source: SL 2024, ch 28 , § 3.
