Publication of notice of leasing

A notice of such leasing shall be published in the official newspapers of the county once during each of the two calendar weeks preceding the auction, stating the time and place at which the leasing of such lands will begin. Source: SL 1937, ch 86 , § 3; SDC 1939, § 12.2213.
