Termination of lease on nonpayment of rent

Any lease for more than the current calendar year shall terminate on the last day of January of any year unless the lessee pays prior thereto the amount of the annual rental for the next succeeding year to the county treasurer. Source: SL 1937, ch 86 , § 5; SDC 1939, § 12.2215; SL 1983, ch 49 , § 2.
