Fees deposited into fund--Distribution

Five dollars of each recording or filing fee collected by the register of deeds, pursuant to subdivisions 7-9-15(1), (3), (4), and (5) and §§ 11-3-11 , 43-15A-9 , and 43-20-10 , shall be deposited into the county register of deeds modernization and preservation relief fund.
