Capital improvement board--Length of terms--Filling vacancies

The term of each member appointed pursuant to § 9-12-22 is three years. In the case of a vacancy, a new member may be appointed for the remainder of the term, in accordance with § 9-12-22 . Each term begins on the January first or July first following the appointment, whichever occurs first. Source: SL 2026, ch 34 , § 2.
