Appropriations for support of Civil Air Patrol

The governing bodies of municipalities may contribute sums of money annually to the support of units of the Civil Air Patrol located in their respective municipalities. For the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this section, such governing bodies may appropriate out of the general funds of their respective municipalities. Source: SL 1964, ch 146 .
