Amendment as provisional--Subject to suspension--Effect

If an agency amends an existing rule, the amendment becomes provisionally effective and subject to § 1-26-38 . The effect of suspending a provisionally effective amendment is to return the rule to its form prior to the amendment. Source: SL 1980, ch 18 .
