Circuit court may award costs and attorneys' fees

The circuit court may award disbursements, including reasonable attorneys' fees, in an action brought pursuant to § 10-13-37.2 by any appellant if the appellant does not prevail in its appeal of any factor calculated in § 10-13-37.1 . Source: SL 2000, ch 52 , § 3.
