Voluntary partial payment as credit against judgment

After entry of judgment any voluntary partial payment of a claim shall be treated as a credit against the judgment, and shall be deductible from the amount of the judgment. Source: SL 1966, ch 141 ; SDCL, § 19-2-10 ; SL 1979, ch 154 , § 4.
