Fee for person not employed as officer for training program

The Law Enforcement Officers Standards Commission may establish by rule a fee to be paid by those residents admitted to a training program under § 23-3-39.2 . The fee shall be reasonably related to the cost the State of South Dakota incurs in providing the training to the trainee. Source: SL 1983, ch 181 , § 2.
