Continuing appointments--Annual renewal fee

Any insurance producer's appointment not terminated prior to April first of each year is subject to an annual renewal fee as stated in § 58-2-29 . The appointing insurer shall pay the renewal fee. Source: SL 1996, ch 300 , § 4; SL 2001, ch 286 , § 171.
