Members of audit committee

The risk retention group shall have an audit committee composed of at least three independent board members as defined in §§ 58-6A-3.1 and 58-6A-3.2 . A nonindependent board member may participate in the activities of the audit committee, if invited by the committee, but cannot be a member of the audit committee. Source: SL 2016, ch 232 , § 8.
