Chickamauga Creek — The segment of North Chickamauga Creek in Hamilton County from a point approximately at the confluence of Hixson Branch continuing to a point eight and three-tenths miles (8.3 mi.) downstream to the North Chickamauga Creek Gorge visitor access on Montlake Road in Hamilton County, and that one and one-half miles (1.5 mi.) segment of its tributary Cain Creek from the department of environment and conservation property line to the confluence with North Chickamauga Creek. Conasauga River — The entire segment of the river in Polk County, upstream from the Highway 411 bridge. Duskin Creek — That continuous segment of Duskin Creek from its confluence with Newby Branch in Rhea County downstream to its confluence with Piney River in Rhea County. Hatchie River as a swamp river. Little Piney Creek — That continuous segment of Little Piney Creek entirely within Piney Falls State Natural Area in Rhea County downstream to its confluence with Soak Creek in Rhea County. Piney River — That continuous segment of Piney River, in Rhea County from its confluence with Moccasin Creek downstream to its confluence with RockHouse Branch. Roaring River — That segment from State Route 136 downstream two (2) miles. Spring Creek — That segment from Waterloo Mill downstream to the Overton-Jackson county line.Class II Pastoral River Areas Beaverdam Creek — That segment beginning with the confluence of Brush Fork and Piney Fork in Hickman County and ending with its confluence with the Duck River in Hickman County. Buffalo River — The entire river.
