(a) IF(1) (A) the person does not request judicial review of the discharge plan, OR(B) the court approves an outpatient treatment plan after a hearing under § 33-6-604,

(b) IF(1) (A) the person is subject to judicial review under § 33-6-708,THEN(B) the person shall be discharged in conformity with § 33-6-708, AND
(1) (A) the person is subject to judicial review under § 33-6-708,THEN(B) the person shall be discharged in conformity with § 33-6-708, AND
(A) the person is subject to judicial review under § 33-6-708,THEN

(B) the person shall be discharged in conformity with § 33-6-708, AND
(c) IF(1) (A) the person is not subject to judicial review under § 33-6-708,THEN(B) the hospital shall discharge the person, AND(2) the hospital shall notify the committing court that the person has been discharged subject to the obligation to participate in the outpatient treatment.
