Mentally ill or developmentally disabled child — Disposition

If, at a dispositional hearing or at a hearing to transfer a child under § 37-1-134, there is reason to believe the child may be suffering from mental illness or is developmentally disabled, the court may proceed under § 37-1-128(c).
