(1) As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) “Agency” means the community services agency;(2) “Board” means the community services agency board;(3) “Commissioner” means the commissioner of finance and administration, or the commissioner's designee, unless otherwise stated in this part;(4) “Department” means the department of finance and administration, unless otherwise stated in this part; and(5) “Executive director” means the chief administrative officer of a community service agency.
