Study on feasibility and impact of proposed insurance coverage requirements

The Tennessee advisory commission on intergovernmental relations (TACIR) shall conduct a study on the feasibility of implementing and potential effects of enacting the insurance coverage requirements proposed in chapter 416 of the Public Acts of 2025, as originally filed with the chief clerk of the senate on January 21, 2025. TACIR shall publish a report of its findings and recommendations and deliver a copy of the report to the chief clerk of the senate, the chief clerk of the house of representatives, and the legislative librarian no later than July 31, 2026.
