(a) Any provision of chapter 1100 of the Public Acts of 2010, or application thereof, which is inconsistent with federal law, rule or regulation shall be deemed to be construed as being consistent with federal law, rule or regulation.
(b) All federal aid as defined by § 4-4-116(a) received or used by the department shall be acquired and used subject to the requirements of § 4-4-116.
