(1) The minimum compensation payable to court reporters with at least ten (10) years of experience or court reporters holding the designation licensed court reporter (LCR), as defined in § 20-9-602, issued by the commissioner of commerce and insurance is set at the following rates:(1) For a full-day appearance, three hundred fifty dollars ($350); and(2) For a half-day appearance, one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175).
