(1) As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) “Board” means the board of control of the Tennessee corrections institute;(2) “Correctional personnel” means all correctional officers, dormitory supervisor counselors, both adult and juvenile, and chaplains employed in municipal, county and metropolitan jurisdictions; and(3) “Institute” means the Tennessee corrections institute.
