(1) As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) “Baby chicks” means all domestic fowl six (6) weeks of age or under;(2) “Department” means department of agriculture; and(3) “Person” includes every person, partnership, firm, company, association, society, public auction, community sale, sale pavilion, syndicate, and corporation.
