“Payable-on-death” share accounts and share deposits in trust — Powers of attorney

(1) The following provisions of chapter 2 of this title are applicable to credit unions:(1) Section 45-2-704 relating to contracts for “payable-on-death” share accounts and share deposits in trust;(2) Section 45-2-707 relating to powers of attorney; and(3) Sections 45-2-711 and 45-2-712 relating to payment of checks.
