(1) To receive authorization to act as a public weighmaster, a person must receive a license from the commissioner. In order to qualify for a license, a person must:(1) Be able to weigh or measure accurately;(2) Be able to prepare correct certificates;(3) Be a United States citizen or a qualified alien, as defined in § 4-58-102; (4) Be at least eighteen (18) years of age; and(5) Possess other qualifications required by regulations promulgated under this part.
