(1) The department of education shall develop, and the state board shall adopt, a policy establishing a review period for LEAs to review and verify accountability data files and determinations before data files and determinations are released publicly by the department. The policy shall include, at a minimum:(1) The length of the review period; provided, that no review period shall be less than ten (10) business days;(2) Identification of specific data that shall not be released during the review period; and(3) A process for the LEA to verify the accuracy of the data.
