Adult basic education

Appropriations of state funds made for adult basic education may be used for the purpose of meeting matching requirements under the [former] Economic Opportunity Act of 1964 [repealed], the Vocational Education Act of 1963 or other pertinent federal statute or statutes as may exist or be enacted.
