(1) The program administrator or the program administrator's designee, as provided in § 49-50-603, shall perform the following duties:(1) Maintain appropriate committee records;(2) Maintain a file pertinent to each legislative staff intern during the period of internship;(3) Coordinate the specific work assignment of legislative staff interns; and(4) Coordinate the individual academic requirements of legislative interns with the chair of the academic intern committee.
