Secure data management systems provided to LEAs

The department shall provide LEAs with a list of secure data management systems that utilize platforms capable of tracking the effectiveness of intervention methods, resource allocation, and student progress in real time across all schools in the LEA. The systems listed must be capable of complying with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g); § 10-7-504; the Data Accessibility, Transparency, and Accountability Act, compiled in chapter 1, part 7 of this title; and all other relevant privacy laws. This section does not require an LEA to utilize a system listed by the department pursuant to this section.
