(1) As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) “Board” means the board of directors of the competitive state compensation insurance fund;(2) “Fund” means the competitive state compensation insurance fund; and(3) “Personal injury” or “injury” has the meaning given to it in § 50-6-102.
