(1) An employee of a service provider shall communicate a threat to a qualified mental health professional or behavior analyst employed by the service provider only if:(1) The employee is normally responsible for transmitting or recording communications from a person supported to the professional or analyst; and(2) The employee receives a communication from a person supported of an actual threat of bodily harm against a clearly identified victim.
