(a) The department is authorized to cooperate with the administration under the standards.
(b) In furtherance of its responsibilities under this part the department may:(1) Conduct inspections and take other actions reasonably necessary to assist the administration in enforcing the standards;(2) Enter into cooperative agreements with the administration to implement provisions of the standards; and(3) Promulgate rules to effectuate the purposes of this part, in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.
