(1) A political subdivision shall not, by ordinance, resolution, or another means, prohibit or regulate within the jurisdictional boundaries of the political subdivision the use of:(1) An ADS-operated vehicle that is operating in compliance with this chapter and otherwise complies with all laws of the political subdivision;(2) A motor vehicle operated at any level of autonomous technology, as defined by § 55-9-105(c)(6)(B), not otherwise included in this chapter; or(3) A motor vehicle operated in connection with a transit project governed by the Subterranean Transportation Infrastructure Coordination Act, compiled in title 65, chapter 13.
(1) An ADS-operated vehicle that is operating in compliance with this chapter and otherwise complies with all laws of the political subdivision;
(2) A motor vehicle operated at any level of autonomous technology, as defined by § 55-9-105(c)(6)(B), not otherwise included in this chapter; or
(3) A motor vehicle operated in connection with a transit project governed by the Subterranean Transportation Infrastructure Coordination Act, compiled in title 65, chapter 13.
