(a) (1) An owner or lessee of a motor vehicle who is a resident of this state, upon complying with state motor vehicle laws relating to registration and licensing of motor vehicles and paying the regular fee applicable to the motor vehicle and the fee provided for in § 55-4-204, shall be issued a Promote Peace new specialty earmarked license plate for a motor vehicle authorized by § 55-4-210(c).(2) The new specialty earmarked plates provided for in this subsection (a) must be designed in consultation with representatives of the Madison/Goodlettsville Rotary club and the Promote Peace Foundation.(3) The funds produced from the sale of Promote Peace new specialty earmarked license plates must be allocated to the Promote Peace Foundation in accordance with § 55-4-301. The funds must be used exclusively to support peacebuilding and conflict resolution initiatives across this state in cooperation with Tennessee Rotary organizations to provide outreach to their communities focusing on the importance of promoting peace and resolving conflicts, including providing funding to local schools and camps for educational materials related to peacebuilding, conflict resolution, and anti-bullying.
(1) An owner or lessee of a motor vehicle who is a resident of this state, upon complying with state motor vehicle laws relating to registration and licensing of motor vehicles and paying the regular fee applicable to the motor vehicle and the fee provided for in § 55-4-204, shall be issued a Promote Peace new specialty earmarked license plate for a motor vehicle authorized by § 55-4-210(c).
(2) The new specialty earmarked plates provided for in this subsection (a) must be designed in consultation with representatives of the Madison/Goodlettsville Rotary club and the Promote Peace Foundation.
(3) The funds produced from the sale of Promote Peace new specialty earmarked license plates must be allocated to the Promote Peace Foundation in accordance with § 55-4-301. (b) (1) An owner or lessee of a motor vehicle who is a resident of this state, upon complying with state motor vehicle laws relating to registration and licensing of motor vehicles and paying the regular fee applicable to the motor vehicle and the fee provided for in § 55-4-204, shall be issued a 100 Black Men new specialty earmarked license plate for a motor vehicle authorized by § 55-4-210(c).(2) The new specialty earmarked plates provided for in this subsection (b) must be designed in consultation with a representative of 100 Black Men of Memphis, Inc.(3) The funds produced from the sale of 100 Black Men new specialty earmarked license plates must be allocated to 100 Black Men of Memphis, Inc., in accordance with § 55-4-301. The funds must be used exclusively in this state to support the organization's mission to support local communities and mentor and develop young people into future leaders through programs and services focusing on the areas of mentoring, education, health and wellness, and economic empowerment.
(1) An owner or lessee of a motor vehicle who is a resident of this state, upon complying with state motor vehicle laws relating to registration and licensing of motor vehicles and paying the regular fee applicable to the motor vehicle and the fee provided for in § 55-4-204, shall be issued a 100 Black Men new specialty earmarked license plate for a motor vehicle authorized by § 55-4-210(c).
(2) The new specialty earmarked plates provided for in this subsection (b) must be designed in consultation with a representative of 100 Black Men of Memphis, Inc.
(3) The funds produced from the sale of 100 Black Men new specialty earmarked license plates must be allocated to 100 Black Men of Memphis, Inc., in accordance with § 55-4-301. The funds must be used exclusively in this state to support the organization's mission to support local communities and mentor and develop young people into future leaders through programs and services focusing on the areas of mentoring, education, health and wellness, and economic empowerment.
(c) (1) An owner or lessee of a motor vehicle who is a resident of this state, upon complying with state motor vehicle laws relating to registration and licensing of motor vehicles and paying the regular fee applicable to the motor vehicle and the fee provided for in § 55-4-204, shall be issued an America at Its Best new specialty earmarked license plate for a motor vehicle authorized by § 55-4-210(c).(2) The new specialty earmarked plates provided for in this section must be designed in consultation with a representative of Coalesce Social Services, Inc.(3) The funds produced from the sale of America at Its Best new specialty earmarked license plates must be allocated to Coalesce Social Services, Inc., in accordance with § 55-4-301. The funds must be used exclusively to provide transitional housing and related services to persons experiencing homelessness.
(1) An owner or lessee of a motor vehicle who is a resident of this state, upon complying with state motor vehicle laws relating to registration and licensing of motor vehicles and paying the regular fee applicable to the motor vehicle and the fee provided for in § 55-4-204, shall be issued an America at Its Best new specialty earmarked license plate for a motor vehicle authorized by § 55-4-210(c).
(2) The new specialty earmarked plates provided for in this section must be designed in consultation with a representative of Coalesce Social Services, Inc.
(3) The funds produced from the sale of America at Its Best new specialty earmarked license plates must be allocated to Coalesce Social Services, Inc., in accordance with § 55-4-301. The funds must be used exclusively to provide transitional housing and related services to persons experiencing homelessness.
(d) (1) An owner or lessee of a motor vehicle who is a resident of this state, upon complying with state motor vehicle laws relating to registration and licensing of motor vehicles and paying the regular fee applicable to the motor vehicle and the fee provided in § 55-4-204, shall be issued a Nashville Bourbon Auction new specialty earmarked license plate for a motor vehicle authorized by § 55-4-210(c).(2) The new specialty earmarked license plates authorized by this subsection (d) must be designed in consultation with a representative of the Nashville Bourbon Auction.(3) The funds produced from the sale of Nashville Bourbon Auction new specialty earmarked license plates must be allocated to Nashville Bourbon Auction, in accordance with § 55-4-301. The funds must be used exclusively to support Nashville-area nonprofit organizations.
(1) An owner or lessee of a motor vehicle who is a resident of this state, upon complying with state motor vehicle laws relating to registration and licensing of motor vehicles and paying the regular fee applicable to the motor vehicle and the fee provided in § 55-4-204, shall be issued a Nashville Bourbon Auction new specialty earmarked license plate for a motor vehicle authorized by § 55-4-210(c).
(2) The new specialty earmarked license plates authorized by this subsection (d) must be designed in consultation with a representative of the Nashville Bourbon Auction.
(3) The funds produced from the sale of Nashville Bourbon Auction new specialty earmarked license plates must be allocated to Nashville Bourbon Auction, in accordance with § 55-4-301. The funds must be used exclusively to support Nashville-area nonprofit organizations.
(e) (1) An owner or lessee of a motor vehicle who is a resident of this state, upon complying with state motor vehicle laws relating to registration and licensing of motor vehicles and paying the regular fee applicable to the motor vehicle and the fee provided in § 55-4-204, shall be issued a Singing for Change new specialty earmarked license plate for a motor vehicle authorized by § 55-4-210(c).(2) The new specialty earmarked license plates authorized by this subsection (e) must be of an appropriate design or logo representative of Singing for Change. The plates must be designed in consultation with a representative from SFC Charitable Foundation, Inc.(3) The funds produced from the sale of Singing for Change new specialty earmarked license plates must be allocated to SFC Charitable Foundation, Inc., in accordance with § 55-4-301. The funds must be used exclusively in this state in furtherance of the mission of the organization created by Jimmy Buffett to support community and charitable programs and services that address the root causes of social or environmental problems and inspire, empower, and equip people to become more self-sufficient.(4) Notwithstanding § 55-4-202(k)(1), the Singing for Change new specialty earmarked license plate authorized pursuant to this subsection (e) has until July 1, 2027, to meet the applicable minimum issuance requirements of § 55-4-202(k)(1).
(1) An owner or lessee of a motor vehicle who is a resident of this state, upon complying with state motor vehicle laws relating to registration and licensing of motor vehicles and paying the regular fee applicable to the motor vehicle and the fee provided in § 55-4-204, shall be issued a Singing for Change new specialty earmarked license plate for a motor vehicle authorized by § 55-4-210(c).
(2) The new specialty earmarked license plates authorized by this subsection (e) must be of an appropriate design or logo representative of Singing for Change. The plates must be designed in consultation with a representative from SFC Charitable Foundation, Inc.
(3) The funds produced from the sale of Singing for Change new specialty earmarked license plates must be allocated to SFC Charitable Foundation, Inc., in accordance with § 55-4-301. The funds must be used exclusively in this state in furtherance of the mission of the organization created by Jimmy Buffett to support community and charitable programs and services that address the root causes of social or environmental problems and inspire, empower, and equip people to become more self-sufficient.
(4) Notwithstanding § 55-4-202(k)(1), the Singing for Change new specialty earmarked license plate authorized pursuant to this subsection (e) has until July 1, 2027, to meet the applicable minimum issuance requirements of § 55-4-202(k)(1).
(f) (1) An owner or lessee of a motor vehicle who is a resident of this state, upon complying with state motor vehicle laws relating to registration and licensing of motor vehicles and paying the regular fee applicable to the motor vehicle and the fee provided in § 55-4-204, shall be issued a YMCA new specialty earmarked license plate for a motor vehicle authorized by § 55-4-210(c).(2) The new specialty earmarked license plates authorized by this subsection (f) must be of an appropriate design or logo representative of the Tennessee State Alliance of YMCAs. The plates must be designed in consultation with a representative from the Tennessee State Alliance of YMCAs.(3) The funds produced from the sale of YMCA new specialty earmarked license plates must be allocated to the Tennessee State Alliance of YMCAs, in accordance with § 55-4-301. The funds must be used exclusively in furtherance of the organization's mission to promote a healthier spirit, mind, and body for all.(4) Notwithstanding § 55-4-202(k)(1), the YMCA new specialty earmarked license plate authorized pursuant to this subsection (f) has until July 1, 2027, to meet the applicable minimum issuance requirements of § 55-4-202(k)(1).
(1) An owner or lessee of a motor vehicle who is a resident of this state, upon complying with state motor vehicle laws relating to registration and licensing of motor vehicles and paying the regular fee applicable to the motor vehicle and the fee provided in § 55-4-204, shall be issued a YMCA new specialty earmarked license plate for a motor vehicle authorized by § 55-4-210(c).
(2) The new specialty earmarked license plates authorized by this subsection (f) must be of an appropriate design or logo representative of the Tennessee State Alliance of YMCAs. The plates must be designed in consultation with a representative from the Tennessee State Alliance of YMCAs.
(3) The funds produced from the sale of YMCA new specialty earmarked license plates must be allocated to the Tennessee State Alliance of YMCAs, in accordance with § 55-4-301. The funds must be used exclusively in furtherance of the organization's mission to promote a healthier spirit, mind, and body for all.
(4) Notwithstanding § 55-4-202(k)(1), the YMCA new specialty earmarked license plate authorized pursuant to this subsection (f) has until July 1, 2027, to meet the applicable minimum issuance requirements of § 55-4-202(k)(1).

(h) (1) An owner or lessee of a motor vehicle who is a resident of this state, upon complying with state motor vehicle laws relating to registration and licensing of motor vehicles and paying the regular fee applicable to the motor vehicle and the fee provided in § 55-4-204, shall be issued an Appalachia Service Project new specialty earmarked license plate for a motor vehicle authorized by § 55-4-210(c).(2) The new specialty earmarked license plates authorized by this subsection (h) must be designed in consultation with a representative of Appalachia Service Project, Inc.(3) The funds produced from the sale of Appalachia Service Project new specialty earmarked license plates must be allocated to Appalachia Service Project, Inc., in accordance with § 55-4-301. The funds must be used exclusively in this state to support the organization's mission to repair and replace homes for low-income families in Central Appalachia.
(1) An owner or lessee of a motor vehicle who is a resident of this state, upon complying with state motor vehicle laws relating to registration and licensing of motor vehicles and paying the regular fee applicable to the motor vehicle and the fee provided in § 55-4-204, shall be issued an Appalachia Service Project new specialty earmarked license plate for a motor vehicle authorized by § 55-4-210(c).
(2) The new specialty earmarked license plates authorized by this subsection (h) must be designed in consultation with a representative of Appalachia Service Project, Inc.
(3) The funds produced from the sale of Appalachia Service Project new specialty earmarked license plates must be allocated to Appalachia Service Project, Inc., in accordance with § 55-4-301. The funds must be used exclusively in this state to support the organization's mission to repair and replace homes for low-income families in Central Appalachia.
(i) (1) An owner or lessee of a motor vehicle who is a resident of this state, upon complying with state motor vehicle laws relating to registration and licensing of motor vehicles and paying the regular fee applicable to the motor vehicle and the fee provided in § 55-4-204, shall be issued a Foodies of TN new specialty earmarked license plate for a motor vehicle authorized by § 55-4-210(c).(2) The new specialty earmarked license plates authorized by this subsection (i) must be designed in consultation with a representative of Foodies of TN Inc.(3) The funds produced from the sale of Foodies of TN new specialty earmarked license plates must be allocated to Foodies of TN Inc., in accordance with § 55-4-301. The funds must be used exclusively in this state to support the organization's mission to assist independently owned local restaurants throughout the state.
(1) An owner or lessee of a motor vehicle who is a resident of this state, upon complying with state motor vehicle laws relating to registration and licensing of motor vehicles and paying the regular fee applicable to the motor vehicle and the fee provided in § 55-4-204, shall be issued a Foodies of TN new specialty earmarked license plate for a motor vehicle authorized by § 55-4-210(c).
(2) The new specialty earmarked license plates authorized by this subsection (i) must be designed in consultation with a representative of Foodies of TN Inc.
(3) The funds produced from the sale of Foodies of TN new specialty earmarked license plates must be allocated to Foodies of TN Inc., in accordance with § 55-4-301. The funds must be used exclusively in this state to support the organization's mission to assist independently owned local restaurants throughout the state.
