(1) The alcoholic beverage commission may issue, under this chapter, the following classes of licenses, in relation to alcoholic spirituous beverages exclusively, which shall consist of the following classes only:(1) Manufacturer's or distiller's or rectifier's license;(2) Liquor wholesaler's license;(3) Liquor retailer's license;(4) Winery license;(5) Winery direct shipper's license;(6) Alcoholic beverage collector's license;(7) Winemaking on premises facility license;(8) Farm wine permit; and(9) Wine at retail food store license.
