(1) Any member of the national guard who:(1) Strikes the guard member's superior commissioned officer or draws or lifts up any weapon or offers any violence against that officer while in the execution of the officer's duty; or(2) Willfully disobeys a lawful command of the guard member's superior commissioned officer;is guilty of a Class C misdemeanor.
