(1) As used in this chapter:(1) “Covered license” has the same meaning as defined in 50 U.S.C. § 4025a;(2) “License” has the same meaning as defined in 50 U.S.C. § 4025a;(3) “Licensing authority” means any state regulatory board, commission, council, or committee in the executive branch of state government established by statute or rule that issues any license, certificate, registration, certification, permit, or other similar document for the purpose of entry into, or regulation of, any occupational or professional group;(4) “Military orders” has the same meaning as defined in 50 U.S.C. § 3955; and(5) “Servicemember” has the same meaning as defined in 50 U.S.C. § 3911.
