(1) This part shall not apply to:(1) A registered professional architect or engineer acting solely in that professional capacity;(2) A regular employee of a fire protection sprinkler system contractor acting under its control and supervision; or(3) A person selling or supplying products or materials to a registered fire protection sprinkler system contractor.
