(a) The rules of the board of dietitian/nutritionist examiners that are in effect prior to January 1, 2028 remain in effect until amended or new rules are promulgated for the board.
(b) The board may promulgate rules to effectuate this chapter. The rules must be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.
