(a) The attorney general and reporter may bring a civil action to:(1) Enforce compliance with this part; or(2) Impose a civil penalty, as described in subsection (b), for a knowing violation of § 63-6-1103(b).

(2) Impose a civil penalty, as described in subsection (b), for a knowing violation of § 63-6-1103(b).
(b) (1) Except as provided in subdivision (b)(2), the attorney general and reporter may impose a civil penalty of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) per violation of § 63-6-1103(b).(2) If a court determines that an individual suffered serious bodily injury or death due to a violation of § 63-6-1103(b), then the attorney general and reporter may impose a civil penalty of one million dollars ($1,000,000).(3) Each individual to whom an abortion-inducing drug is provided in violation of § 63-6-1103(b) constitutes a separate violation.
