(1) If a treating physician orders toxicology testing in the following circumstances, then the toxicology testing must include testing for the presence of Kratom:(1) Suspected drug overdose; or(2) Suspected neonatal abstinence syndrome.
(1) Suspected drug overdose; or
(2) Suspected neonatal abstinence syndrome.
