(1) The executive director shall serve as consultant on nursing education and nursing service and shall have the following minimum qualifications:(1) Master's degree in nursing from a recognized college or university;(2) License to practice nursing in this state; and(3) At least five (5) years' experience in any combination of administration, teaching or supervision in schools of nursing or public health nursing agencies.
