(a) The department shall, within existing resources, make available up-to-date, evidence-based information about Down syndrome. The online information must include:(1) Information regarding first-call programs;(2) Links to organizations providing information and resources related to Down syndrome; and(3) Other educational and support programs.

(b) The department may make available this information on the department's website.
(c) The intent of this section is to make information available to individuals who render prenatal care, postnatal care, or genetic counseling to any person who has received a prenatal or postnatal diagnosis of Down syndrome.
