Application of definitions — Distinctions between the sexes

Notwithstanding another law to the contrary, any law enacted by the legislature, or any rule adopted by a state agency or other entity subject to the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, when applicable to an individual's sex must be interpreted using the definitions provided in this chapter.
