(1) As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) “Alzheimer's disease” or “Alzheimer's related dementia” means a progressive, degenerative disease or condition that attacks the brain and results in impaired memory, thinking and behavior; and(2) “Department” means the department of health.
