(1) Unless specifically otherwise provided, this part does not apply to:(1) Hazardous waste, regulated pursuant to chapter 212 of this title, except household hazardous waste;(2) Infectious waste;(3) Radioactive waste; or(4) Industrial waste, which may include office, domestic or cafeteria waste, managed in a privately owned solid waste disposal system or resource recovery facility, if such waste is generated solely by the owner of the solid waste disposal system or resource recovery facility.
