(1) As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) “Commissioner” means the commissioner of human services;(2) “Department” means the department of human services;(3) “Director” means the director of a division within the department;(4) “Division” means one (1) of the divisions created within the department of human services for the purposes of administration;(5) “Region” means one (1) or more counties grouped for the purpose of local administration; and(6) “Regional director” means the director of a region.
