Reference In Law To Statute Revised By Code

Sec. 1.052. REFERENCE IN LAW TO STATUTE REVISED BY CODE. A reference in a law to a statute or a part of a statute revised by this code is considered to be a reference to the part of this code that revises that statute or part of that statute. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
