Composition of Department

Sec. 1001.003. COMPOSITION OF DEPARTMENT. The department is composed of an executive director appointed by the board and other employees required to efficiently implement: (1) this subtitle; (2) other applicable vehicle laws of this state; and (3) other laws that grant jurisdiction to or are applicable to the department.
